We are not responsible for any associated charges, such as veterinary fees for your new puppy. General terms and conditions: If you wish to make a claim, you must bring this warranty with you. We do not guarantee your puppy will be of show quality or be guaranteed for reproductive soundness. We guarantee your puppy to be healthy at the time of purchase. You will need to take your puppy to the veterinarian within 48 hours for a general health check in order for this warranty to apply--No Exceptions! You will know the pickup date, so please make your appointment ahead of time. Please know that some small breeds are prone to open fontanelles, such as tiny pomeranians and chihuahas. Most of these close by the age of 6 months. We do not guarantee these conditions. Extreme care must be given to ensure that these pups are not hit in the head or dropped. The fontanelle is just like the soft spot on a human baby...it must be protected. If a pup has an umbilical or inquinial hernia which is found at my vet exam at 6 weeks old, we will refund up to $50.00 to the vet of your choice after we receive documentation that the said hernia has been repaired by your vet. This is not a life threatening situation and will not harm the puppy and can easily be fixed by your vet. We give a one year congenital defect guarantee, with the exception of hernia's and open fontanelles. If any life threatening problems are found at the time of exam, the puppy needs to be returned immediately at Purchaser's expense, with a written statement from your vet., at which time I will bring the puppy back to my vet for a second check. If both vets agree, I will refund full purchase price of the puppy ONLY. All vaccinations will be administered by me or my vet, with the exception of the rabies vaccine. All vaccines and de-worming will be current up to the point of sale. Please seek guidance with a veterinarian as to proper follow-up. If your puppy should die from any congenital problems, an autopsy from a state lab is required for replacement of the puppy from the next available litter or a refund of the purchase price only. This decision will be made at my discretion. You must return any and all registrations and applications to us. You must sign any and all documents necessary to transfer ownership back to us. There will be not refunds due to incompatibility, such as allergies or landlord disputes. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS! If for some reason you cannot keep your pet, call me and I will try to find a loving home for it. Although we try to predict size and color, we do not guarantee either. We are in good standings with the AKC, CKC, ACA and the APRI, but cannot guarantee the ability to register puppies for reasons beyond our control. NO WARRANTY ON HYPOGLYCEMIA. You will have full instructions from me on how to handle a puppy with hypoglycemic tendencies, so please be sure that you have the time to deal with such a demanding puppy..... it will outgrow hypoglycemia, but it takes time. Warning: Traveling with your pet and exposing it to other animals is not advisable until it has received all of its vaccinations. If for some reason you cannot pick up your puppy on the date specified on our agreement, we will retain possession of your puppy for the next 5 days at no extra cost. After that, a $5.00 per day boarding fee will be charged. Also, for any puppy that remains in our care long enough for the need for anther vaccination and worming, you be charged an additional $20.00. At the end of 10 days, we have the option of placing your puppy up for sale ...WITHOUT....written notice... with no refund of your deposit. We strive very hard to accommodate our new owners and hope that careful consideration is given to us regarding punctual pickup! If you have questions regarding the care and health of my breeders, I encourage you to call my veterinarian. His name is Dr. Armand Coreil and his phone number is 337-363-0157. After general checkup by your vet, please have him/her to sign the form below and return to me within one week. Failure to do so, will void this entire agreement. Louisiana Law shall control this agreement and this transaction. Any legal proceedings will be handled in the State of Louisiana in the Parish of Evangeline. This written agreement is the entire agreement between seller and buyer of the animal concerning the health and condition or loss of the animal purchased today. Not transferable.
